2024 Real Estate Closing Fees

DICA -Daniel Island Community Association

Annual Assessments

DICA – $976 (prorated)

DIPA – $1,074 (prorated)

Nobel’s Point Dock Exclusive Amenity Fee – $250

Captain’s Island Exclusive Amenity Fee – $900

Lot Maintenance/Street Sweeping Fee

DICA and DIPA – $500 DIA to Buyer (Due at Closing-prorated)

DICA and DIPA – $500 Seller to Buyer (Due at Closing- prorated)

Community Enhancement Fees (Not prorated)

DICA (parcel N & O) = ¼% of Sales Price (not to exceed $7,640)

DICA (all others) = ½% of Sales Price (not to exceed $7,640)

    Additional ARB Review fee of $3,000 for reviews requested after 3rd revised conceptual review

        Storm Water Fee: $500/year
        Due when plans are submitted to the ARB. Annual fee until the Certificate of Occupancy is received.

        The Retreat Initial Site Visit: $300
        Due at the time of submission of the Initial Retreat Site Meeting Application.

        Landscape, Grading, and Frainage Review Fee: $2,000
        Due when plans are submitted to the ARB.

        The Retreat Dock Review Fee: $1,500
