The Daniel Island Property Owners’ Association has contracted First Citizens Bank (formerly CIT) to process your yearly assessments. The service provided by this bank interfaces with our POA software eliminating opening thousands of letters and easily processing payments.
Remember: your Annual Assessment is due January 1 each year. Late charges will NOT be added to your account as long as First Citizens Bank receives your payment in full by January 1st. Per the Daniel Island CC&Rs, assessments not paid will be subject to monthly late fees plus interest.
