Five candidates have submitted nominations for the three DICA Board of Directors positions. The candidates are Dave Campopiano (running for a second term), Bill Goff (running for a second term), Sarah MacCormack, Tricia Peterson, and Andrea Sullivan. The new directors will be elected by the Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) Property Owners via an electronic election. This election will take place over seven days (please note an extension from previous elections). Voting will be open at 6:00 AM on November 1st and will close at 6:00 PM on November 7th. The winners will be announced at the annual meeting on November 8th, 2022.
This election is for the residents who own property within the Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) only. DICA is comprised of all single-family properties and townhomes located south of I-526. The Daniel Island commercial properties, condos, and apartments located within the Town are not part of DICA and therefore are ineligible to vote in this election. Daniel Island Park properties, located north of I-526, are not part of DICA and therefore are ineligible to vote in this election.
