The Waterfront community is pleased to debut a new event for Spring 2026 called The Art of Home. A thoughtfully curated experience where inspired interiors, local art, and culinary creativity come together in one unforgettable afternoon.
Set within the third collection of homes at The Waterfront, guests are invited to tour beautifully designed condominium residences, townhomes, and marsh-front homes while engaging with a hand-selected mix of local artists and makers.
As guests move from home to home, they’ll enjoy chef-driven bites at each stop, creating a relaxed, gallery-style atmosphere.
Admission is just $10 — and tickets include:
- Entry to the full home tour – including condominium residences, townhomes, and marsh-front homes
- Chef-specialty bites & drinks at each stop
- Access to a curated group of local artists & vendors
- An open-air market with additional vendors & food trucks for purchase
Children 12 and under are free!
All ticket proceeds and a portion of vendor sales will directly benefit the Daniel Island Historical Society, whose mission is to preserve and promote the rich and unique history of both Daniel Island and the greater Cainhoy peninsula.
