Join us for the Pumpkin Walk & Halloween Bash on Sunday, October 25 from 4:30–7:30 PM at Smythe Park! This free community event is a fun-filled Halloween evening for families and community members of all ages.
Stroll the path around Smythe Lake, where carved pumpkins will line the route through five themed Pumpkin Walk Stops filled with decorations and activities, including face painting, arts & crafts, a Glow Sports Zone, games and more. Kids can also complete an interactive scavenger hunt along the way and turn in their completed card for a light up prize near Pirate Park.
The fun continues on the main lawn with carnival games, a DJ, food trucks, family seating, performances and special appearances, including Cool Ray, the South Carolina Stingrays mascot, and the College of Charleston Cougarettes dance team and even more surprises to come!
Help us bring the Pumpkin Walk to life by contributing a carved pumpkin to display along the path! Pumpkins can be dropped off from 12:00–2:00 PM on the day of the event at the Pumpkin Drop-Off table at the corner of Purcell Lane and Daniel Island Drive near the park entrance.
