We hope everyone is enjoying the newly refurbished Waterfront Park and docks. Water sports programming will be coming in the future and we will alert the community when those opportunities are available.
Waterfront Park Crabbing & Fishing Guidelines:
- Crabbing and Fishing only permitted on North Dock (Pier and Pier Head only – not allowed on floating dock)
- Crab Traps left unattended will be immediately removed.
- Any crabbing and fishing waste must be cleaned up and removed from the facility.
- Crab traps must be baited prior to arrival – Anyone placing bait materials on hand rails will be asked to leave.
- Absolutely no cleaning of fish or crabs on premises.
POA Kayak and SUP Rentals:
Currently, Daniel Island Community Association members have the opportunity to rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards (SUPs) from the Beresford Creek Boat Landing. Daniel Island Park Association members have the opportunity to rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards (SUPs) from the Ralston Creek Boat Landing. Please click HERE for more information. DITA residents are not eligible to use the private DICA and DIPA amenities.
