The landscape maintenance contractor for the Daniel Island POA, The Greenery, will perform weekly landscape maintenance at Smythe Park on Wednesday, May 24th. Should weather or other conditions prevent them from performing this work on Wednesday, they will need to perform the work on Thursday, May 25th. The Greenery will need access to ALL areas of the park for mowing and other maintenance duties. Please do not set up any items for the Annual Concert in the Park at Smythe Park scheduled for Saturday, May 27th, until Thursday, May 25th after 12:00 pm. Any items placed, staked or left at the park before this date and time, will hinder their access and may be removed and discarded by our staff. The Daniel Island POA does not accept/assume any responsibility or liability for any items that are left unattended at anytime in the park either prior to or after the event.
We are required to have City of Charleston police at the event. Please do not take alcohol out of the park.
