Fridays through September 1st, the Daniel Island POA has scheduled rotating food trucks to be parked at the NEW Edgefield Park Pool and Crow’s Nest from 5 pm – 8 pm.
Food Truck Fridays will take place weather permitting.
This Friday, May 26th, we will have “Dashi”. Drawing from a love of Steamed Buns, Paella, good food and experimentation, Dashi was born! Chef Stephen Thompson’s background is eclectic, but along the way he has become increasingly interested in exploring Spanish and Asian cuisines. The idea of Dashi centered on two dishes: Paella and Steamed Buns. Who knows where it goes from there, but hopefully it’ll be fun, provocative and delicious!
