As of June 1st, 2021, rentals at the Pierce Park Pavilion and the Crow’s Nest will resume. At this time, pool parties at the Scott Park Pool are not available due to COVID restrictions limiting capacity numbers. Please take this time to review the rental guidelines for each of the amenities below.
Pierce Park Pavilion: 1801 Pierce Street
- An outdoor event pavilion with breathtaking Wando River and marsh views.
- This Pavilion features a large outdoor fireplace, bathrooms, charcoal grills and a catering kitchen. The park also has a large playground and two paved parking lots.
- This facility can hold up to 250 people.
- There shall be no rentals allowed on Holiday’s or Holiday weekends.
- There shall be no inflatables, jump castles, slides, rides, barn animals, etc.
- Eligible to be rented by all Daniel Island residents.
- Rental cost varies depending on day of the week and the association in which the renter lives.
- This rental DOES NOT grant use of the adjoining areas (including Pierce Park Pool). Residents and their guests forfeit their rights to use the pool during the rental.
Crow’s Nest: 1651 Oak Leaf Street
- Named for its design, the Crow’s Nest is a two story event space outfitted with a catering kitchen, bathrooms, and large open-air area downstairs.
- The true star of this amenity is the second-story screened porch that overlooks some of the most beautiful marsh vistas. Sunset on the porch of the Crow’s Nest is unbeatable!
- This facility can hold up to 150 people.
- There shall be no rentals allowed on Holiday’s or Holiday weekends.
- There shall be no inflatables, jump castles, slides, rides, barn animals, etc.
- Eligible to be rented by Daniel Island Community Association residents only.
- Rental cost varies depending on day of the week.
- This rental DOES NOT grant use of the adjoining areas (including Edgefield Park Pool). Residents and their guests forfeit their rights to use the pool during the rental.
COVID Guidelines:
- Please note that at this time, all rentals will be limited to a maximum of 100 people. This is subject as conditions warrant.
- It is strongly encouraged that guests wear masks when they cannot properly social distance.
- It is strongly encouraged that renters provide sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizing solutions, etc. as the POA does not provide this for rentals.
- An additional COVID Addendum will be required for all rentals.
Booking A Rental:

- All rentals will be on a first come first served basis. We do not hold any dates and cannot pencil you in for a rental.
- All rental paperwork will be completed via a DocuSign agreement.
- Your reservation will NOT be confirmed until the agreement is complete and payment has been received by
a POA Representative.
