The Annual Meetings are informational-only meetings. There are no issues to vote on at the meetings. In advance of the meetings, the individual association boards approve association budgets.
Daniel Island Community Associations:
The Daniel Island Community Association Meeting will be held on Monday, November 1st at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held via Zoom only. Please register HERE to attend the meeting.
- The Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) is comprised of property owners who own property in Codner’s Ferry Park, Cochran Park, Center Park, Edgefield Park, Pierce Park, Barfield Park, Smythe Park, and Etiwan Park neighborhoods.
- The new 2022 DICA Board Members will be announced at this meeting. For more information on the DICA Board of Director’s Election, please click HERE.
We need 10% of DICA property owners to vote for election to be valid by meeting our quorum requirement. This means a total of 204 households need to vote in order to validate the election.
Daniel Island Park Associations:
The Daniel Island Park Association Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held via Zoom only. Please register HERE to attend the meeting.
- The Daniel Island Park Association (DIPA) is comprised of property owners who own property in Daniel Island Park, including Captain’s Island.
Daniel Island Town Association:
The Daniel Island Town Association Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd at 12:00 pm. This meeting will be held via Zoom only. Please register HERE to attend the meeting.
- The Daniel Island Town Association (DITA) is comprised of commercial properties and apartments on the island.
