As a reminder, the Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) continues to allow approved third-party swim instructors to offer lessons at the Scott Park Pool throughout the swim season.
If you or your family are currently participating in lessons, please remember that only the Scott Park Pool can be used for instruction. Swim lessons are not permitted at the Pierce Park or Edgefield Park Pools. For the current list of approved instructors, please click HERE.
All instructors must have prior approval from the POA office and provide a valid Certificate of Insurance. This ensures a safe, low-risk environment for all while allowing residents the flexibility to choose their preferred instructor.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in following DICA’s guidelines. Any failure to comply by residents or instructors may result in the loss of this privilege.
