Join Bella for a free, all-level slow flow yoga class at Waterfront Park. Bring your mat and water bottle, and wear something comfy. Come out and enjoy the relaxing effects of participating in yoga outdoors along the beautiful Wando River.
Bella is welcoming both the novice practitioner and the seasoned yogi. You can expect movement focused on mobility, stretches with longer holds, and deep breaths to really relax and ground your mind and body.
Class begins at 9:30 am and ends at 10:15 am, please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and settled.
