April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. This year the Exchange Club of Daniel Island is working to make every child safe, and every community aware.

On April 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, they will host an event in front of the Daniel Island Library. There will be a balloon artist, face painting, popcorn, and the Kona Ice Truck. They will have games to play along with prizes. There will also be educational material from various agencies on what to look for and how to seek help.
