Join Deidre for an all-level outdoor workout at Smythe Park. Expect a bodyweight or minimal equipment (provided) boot camp style workout including strength, mobility, core, and cardio work.
They welcome anyone who wants to find movement, get a little sweaty, and build community.
Class start time: 9 AM
Class end time: 10 AM
Location: Smythe Park in the grassy field near the corner of Smythe Street and Daniel Island Drive.
What to bring: Optional to bring a mat/towel/water. All exercises can be done on the grass as well.

A bit about Move with Deidre – Deidre is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a background in strength training, HIIT-style workouts, yoga, and dance. She has been coaching for over 7 years and is currently teaching throughout the Charleston area while living here on Daniel Island.
