This 3rd Annual Daniel Island Holiday Market will be held this year on November 4, 2023, from 10am – 4pm. This year’s Market will be a Pandora’s box of talented artists, designers, and boutique merchants. There is a combination of new and seasoned vendors and guests are assured to see exclusive merchandise that they have never seen before. This is a boutique-style market, it is small; with only 24 vendors. It is being held early in November so people can get a jump on their holiday shopping and allow for special orders to arrive before the Holidays. The incredible part about this market is the wide variety of talented artists, designers, and entrepreneurs from right here on the Island. The vendors not from Daniel Island are all local from the Charleston area.

Some of the merchandise includes luxury home decor, fine jewelry, handmade chocolates, designer pillows, fresh flowers, oyster accessories, hand-painted lucite trays, clothing, ocean apparel, photography, tapestries, whimsical handmade Santas, leather goods, monograms, purses, and more. There will also be a fine artist doing a demo and selling her work. The vendors prefer cash or checks, but will also process payment by Venmo, and credit card. Finally, there will be a 50/50 auction with 50% of the proceeds going to the winning ticket holder and 50% to the local charity Random Acts of Kindness of the Lowcountry (RAKL)

The location for this market is superb. The Daniel Island Recreation Center is a gorgeous new facility and the room where the market will be held is light and bright with windows on three sides facing the playing fields at Governors Park. Plus, this year we will also feature 4-6 vendors outside in tents on the Center’s Courtyard to the right of their building facing the sports fields. The management at the Rec Center has been wonderful to work with and their new facility is the perfect venue for this show. Plus there is free parking by the Recreation Center and at the fields at Governors Park.
