The 2023 Lowcountry Buddy Walk, benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry, will be on Sunday, October 15th, from 12 PM – 4 PM. right here on Daniel Island at Etiwan Park.
They have enjoyed the overwhelming support from our Daniel Island community and feel the love! They hope you will again join in for their 20th year on the island.
This year you will enjoy their long-standing traditions of local entertainment including live music; lunch provided by partners, the James Island Knights of Columbus, and the one-mile parade through Etiwan Park with high school bands and cheerleaders spiriting you along.
The festivities begin at noon followed by the walk at 3 PM. Register HERE for $12 to join all of the fun. Registration includes a t-shirt, lunch, and entertainment.
Funds raised at the walk will provide education and support for DSAL families and the Lowcountry community to ensure people with Down Syndrome have the opportunity for a happy, healthy, and productive future.
