Over the past few months, we have been challenged to modify the way we work and how we perform day to day tasks remotely from home without compromising our level of customer service.
We are happy to announce that throughout the time our office at 130 River Landing has been closed, we have been able to perform 99% of our normal day to day duties remotely. We continue to perform and followup on Code Enforcement inspections and violations and respond to concerns brought to our attention by the community.
Our staff has had quick turnaround time for calls and emails received, we have implemented a new door step delivery system for amenity fobs and boat landing decals, our Field Operations team upgraded the Scott Park Pool pool house, and the Daniel Island Community Foundation/Fund raised over $54k for four deserving nonprofit organizations responding to Covid-19 crisis needs.
We are always looking for ways we can improve our service delivery and recent software and technological improvements have enabled us to enhance our customer service commitments to all of our property owners. We hope to continue to provide a superior level of service to all of our property owners, vendors and partners whether we are in the office or working remotely.
