New POA Office Schedule

As COVID-19 is starting to improve in our area and vaccinations are more widely available, the POA Office at 130 River Landing Drive, Suite 1-C will extend our in-office hours starting Monday, April 5. Since the pandemic began in early 2020, the POA has been able to successfully pivot all of our in-office operations to on-line or virtual systems. These process improvements increased productivity and still provided for excellent customer service, with concierge-like services including the delivery of fobs to property owners’ homes, and on-site meetings at property owners’ homes by request.  Our daily community inspections continued without interruption.

While we will keep all of these improved systems and processes in place, we want property owners to have the ability to more easily come to the office when they need face to face interaction with our staff. As we have limited square footage in our office, we still encourage property owners to call for an appointment before popping in the office as social distancing and masks will still be required.

We are employing a hybrid staffing model, similar to other companies across the country, so all staff members are not in the office on the same day. As recognized by the past year of virtual working, this strategy increases productivity, reduces office costs and is a helpful tool in retaining employees, who work so hard for our property owners. Again, this is a reason to call for an appointment to ensure the staff member you need is working in office versus virtually or in the field.

 

New Daniel Island POA Office hours: Monday -Thursday 9:30AM-3:30PM

The office at 130 River Landing Suite 1-C will be staffed Monday-Thursday from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM. All staff members will still be available by phone or email Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM. Our goal has always been and will continue to be returning your call or email within 24 hours. Please use the info@dicommunity.org email address to reach us and your question or comments will be directed to the appropriate staff person. For weekend emergencies, our Field Operations team is on call to respond. If you have a weekend emergency regarding a common area, amenity, etc., please call Chris Hamil at 843-696-4676.
