The Daniel Island Community Fund has just received notice that HALOS has 66 children that still need to be sponsored for holiday gift-giving in 2022.
During the holiday season, many kinship caregivers can experience heightened stress as they struggle to provide for their families. Through the HALOS Holiday Gift Giving Drive, Charleston HALOS partners with community organizations and individuals to bring joy and happiness during the holiday season to children with an open case of abuse or neglect by providing them with holiday gifts. It’s a great cause and really gets you in the holiday spirit!
You can sponsor a Child(ren) today HERE through SignUp Genius. Unwrapped gifts are due to the POA Office (130 River Landing Drive, Suite 1C) by Thursday, December 1st. Please be sure each gift is clearly labeled with the associated Tag #.
***Note the POA Office is open Mon-Thurs 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM but will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.
