As the Flying Fish Swim Team prepares for this weekend’s City Meet, their pool schedule will be slightly different from normal. They will also host one final meet of the summer on Tuesday, June 30th, the Mega Meet. Please review the information below carefully.
Practice Times:
Practices will be held as scheduled at the Pierce Park Pool from Monday, June 22, through Friday, June 26, from 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM.
Practice on Saturday, June 27, will be abbreviated and held from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Regular practice will resume on Monday, June 29, and Tuesday, June 30, from 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM. Make-up practices will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM using two lanes.
Tuesday, June 30, will be the final practice of the 2026 season.
Please note that the Pierce Park Pool will be closed during all morning practices and will reopen once practice concludes. The pool will remain open during afternoon make-up practices.
Home Swim Meets:
The Flying Fish Swim Team will host its final meet of the 2026 season, the Mega Meet for swimmers ages 6 and under, on Tuesday, June 30, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The meet will take place at the Pierce Park Pool and Pavilion. Both facilities will be closed during the event and will reopen for normal use immediately following the meet if it concludes before 10:00 PM, or at 5:00 AM the following day if the meet ends at 10:00 PM.
Please know that this schedule can change at any time based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
