2021 Annual Assessments

November 27, 2020

The 2021 Annual Assessments have been sent to the property owners in all three Daniel Island Associations at the end of November 2020. Assessments are due by January 1, 2021 and are considered late after January 31, 2021 and will be subject to late fees at that time. Per the Daniel Island CC&Rs, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the account balance after January 31st.

Please make sure to update your contact information as well as your billing/mailing address HERE as needed.

FOB Access to Amenities and Program Registration:

We want all property owners to be able to continue to enjoy their respective amenities. Beginning Monday, February 1st, fobs and program registration will temporarily be suspended for all delinquent property owners until their account balance is $0.

The timely payment of your dues ensures that the Associations are able to keep the island looking its best throughout our property including our trails, pools, boat launch ramps, parks and other amenities.

Please note: When paying your Annual Assessments, it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to process and for your account to be updated.

Paperless Billing:

If you previously signed up for paperless billing using instructions on last years’ paper assessment, please be sure to check your email as a paper assessment will not be mailed to you. If you have questions regarding your paperless billing, please click HERE to sign into account and verify/update information.

If you are wanting to register for paperless billing in the future, please see the instructions located at top right hand of this year’s annual assessment paper bill. In order to create an account, you must use the Registration ID: # provided. Once signed up, you will begin receiving paperless assessments in 2021 for your 2022 assessments.
