Summer is pool season, which means it’s also pool party season! Before planning your gathering, please take a moment to review the community’s pool party guidelines.
Occasionally, large groups arrive at the pool without prior notification to the association. This can create safety concerns due to increased pool occupancy and limited seating. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents, the association requires pool parties to be registered in advance. Anyone wishing to host a pool party must complete a Pool Party Application so the event can be properly scheduled and designated tables reserved.
Important: Pool parties are only permitted at the Scott Park Pool (177 Corn Planters Street). Pool parties are not allowed at the Pierce Park Pool or Edgefield Pool. Residents who host unauthorized pool parties at these locations may lose pool privileges.
