We would like to remind all owners that, in accordance with the Daniel Island CC&Rs, all exterior decorations, including religious and holiday symbols, must be removed within 30 days following the applicable holiday or occasion.
This includes, but is not limited to, holiday string lights on homes and front porches, lights wrapped around trees in front yards, and similar temporary decorations.
Landscape lighting is permitted; however, string-type lights are not considered landscape lighting when used on the front of homes or wrapped around trees. Permitted landscape lighting should be subtle and designed without exposed light bulbs.
