A flow yoga class for all levels. Begin with floor stretches before flowing through a series of standing poses, strength, and balance work. Finish with deeper stretches and final relaxation. Experience a mindful, meditative flow linking breath with movement. Mats and blocks are provided. Classes are drop-in, and no pre-registration is required.
