A slow flow yoga class for all levels. Each class begins with floor stretches before flowing into a series of standing poses, balance work and final relaxation. Experience a mindful, meditative flow linking breath with movement to promote flexibility, strength, balance and calm. Mats and blocks are provided. Classes are drop-in.
