Make a splash in your fitness routine! Karen, an experienced master-trained instructor teaches water aerobics classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM at the Edgefield Park Pool (1651 Oak Leaf Street).
Karen’s classes are low impact, high cardio, and have no stress on joints. Class is a fantastic cross-training for improving balance, coordination, and endurance.
This class is donation-based. The suggested donation is $5 per person, per class.
