Make a splash in your fitness routine! Karen, an experienced master-trained instructor, teaches water aerobics classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM at the Pierce Park Pool (1801 Pierce Street) as weather and temperatures allow. This location features a year-round temperature-regulated pool.
Karen’s classes are low impact, high cardio, and have no stress on joints. Class is a fantastic cross-training for improving balance, coordination, and endurance.
This class is a donation-based class. The suggested donation is $5 per person, per class.
