Join Bella for a Free, All-Levels Slow Flow Yoga Session at Waterfront Park!
Bella is excited to offer a peaceful, rejuvenating experience suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Sponsored by The Daniel Island Market and Eatery (The DIME), this class will focus on enhancing mobility, deep stretches with longer holds, and grounding breathwork to help you relax and center your mind and body.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, Bella will guide you through a calming flow designed to help you release tension, connect with your breath, and find balance.
Class Details:
- When: 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM
- Where: Waterfront Park
- What to Bring: Your yoga mat, a water bottle, and if the weather is chilly, feel free to bring a blanket to keep warm!
After the yoga session, you can head over to The DIME to explore a local vendor market—perfect for a leisurely post-yoga stroll.
