Daniel Island Yacht Club is pleased to announce the launch of its Opti Development (ODP) Program this Fall.

The program is catered towards optimist sailors aged 8-14, who are looking to further develop their sailing skills and racing abilities. Their program will cover starting sequence, upwind tactics, and the maximization of boat speed both upwind and downwind. A prerequisite for ODP will be that each sailor has previously sailed in either their sailing program or another.

Their program will run from 4:00-6:30 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
