The Daniel Island Historical Society is mixing it up when it comes to local history – literally! Join them for their first ever “Colonial Cocktails” fundraiser, featuring guest speaker/presenter Carin Bloom, a history and museum professional with education and experience in historical archaeology of the American Revolution. To be held on Sunday, March 2nd at Beresford Hall’s “The Ruins” Community Clubhouse, 454 Royal Assembly Drive, Charleston.
Ms. Bloom will spotlight the history of three cocktails that date back to the 18th-century Colonial era in America. In addition to the presentation, samplings of the libations and appetizers will be served.
