No, school is not out yet, but it will be soon! During the summer months when school is let out, we may see a slight decrease in traffic on our morning commutes, however, there will be more children and people out in the community throughout the day.
As the new school year comes to an end, we want to take this time to ask all residents, whether they are walking, biking, or driving on the island, to please use extra caution during their commute, no matter what time of day, as there may be more people and children around the island.

We also suggest that parents talk with their children and remind them always to know their surroundings and follow the rules of the road. Please remind them to yield before crossing a road or trail.
