Per the City of Charleston – Charleston Tree Experts will be starting street tree pruning today on Brady and will be there Monday, November 6th, and Tuesday, November 7th. The full length of Brady is being trimmed.
They will be starting on Balfour, Watroo Pt, and Hutty by Wednesday, November 8th. About a dozen decayed, unsightly Red Maple trees and stumps will be removed in this work scope.
The general scope of work is creating 13-15 vertical feet of clearance over the road parking aisles and raising trees over the sidewalks as well.
Please avoid parking under street trees so that the City of Charleston can properly trim the trees.
