Get outside and get playing! The Daniel Island POA has recently re-sodded and spruced up the Pierce Park Lawn (the green space next to the Pierce Park Pool) for bocce play! We have sun sails for shade, benches to rest on and also have added a NEW bocce set for residents to use while enjoying the space. The bocce set is in a brown storage box located in between the benches on the lawn.
For those of you looking for bocce group, please contact Carol Kriza at rokaro2@gmail.com. Carol is a DI Resident who has put together a group of people who enjoy playing bocce together. They currently play every Wednesday at the Pierce Park Lawn at 10 AM.
