2023 Annual Assessments

January 04, 2023

The 2023 Annual Assessments were sent to the property owners in all three Daniel Island Associations in mid-November 2022. Assessments were due by January 1, 2023, are considered late after January 31, 2023, and will be subject to late fees at that time. Per the Daniel Island CC&Rs, monthly late fees plus interest will be applied to the account balance after January 31st.

***Please note, for your financial security, we are no longer able to deposit checks in our office.  All hand-delivered checks to our office will be mailed/forwarded to our lockbox in Arizona. To ensure your check posts on time, please consider using our pay online option. You may pay directly with no additional fees using an e-check with your bank routing and account numbers. If you would like us to email you a copy of the link, please email us your name and address at info@dicommunity.org.

Please make sure to update your contact information as well as your billing/mailing address HERE as needed.

FOB Access to Amenities and Program Registration:

We want all property owners to be able to continue to enjoy their respective amenities. Beginning Tuesday, February 1st, fobs and program registration will temporarily be suspended for all delinquent property owners until their account balance is $0.

The timely payment of your dues ensures that the Associations are able to keep the island looking its best throughout our property including our trails, pools, boat launch ramps, parks, and other amenities.

Please note: When paying your Annual Assessments, it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to process and for your account to be updated.

Current Boat Landing Members:

Pick up your 2023 decals at our office starting January 2, 2023, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

If your membership is current but you have not picked up your 2023 decal by February 1st, 2023, your access to the boat landing will be temporarily suspended.

For additional information on joining one of the boat landings, please email us at info@dicommunity.org. If you no longer want your boat landing membership, please email Marla Chalfie at Marla.Chalfie@dicommunity.org to get the annual charge and access removed.

Paperless Billing:

If you previously signed up for paperless billing, the email will come from “documents@estmt.net”. Please be sure to check your email as a paper assessment will not be mailed to you. If you have questions regarding your paperless billing, please click HERE to sign in to your account and verify/update information.

If you are wanting to register for paperless billing in the future, please see the instructions located at the top right of this year’s annual assessment paper bill. In order to create an account, you must use the Registration ID: # provided. Once signed up, you will begin receiving paperless assessments in 2023 for your 2024 assessments.
