The 2018 Annual Assessments have been mailed to the property owners in all three Daniel Island Associations. The Annual Assessments will be considered late after January 31, 2018 and will be subject to late fees at that time.
All accounts that have not been paid by January, 31st will lose access to the community amenities including pools and boat landings (if applicable) and registration for upcoming programs will be suspended until the accounts have a balance of $0. Per the Daniel Island CC&R’s, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the account balance after January 31st. A lien will be placed on the delinquent property with a processing fee of $75 that may be charged to the property account if the account is still unpaid as of 04/30/2018.
Please note: When paying your Annual Assessments, it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to process and for your account to be updated.
If you are a boat landing member of either Ralston Creek or Beresford Creek and your account has a balance of $0 (Annual Assessments including boat landing renewals are paid in full), you can pick up your 2018 Boat Decal Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
