Mindful Miles Walk Club is a one to two times a month walking club created to build community, make new friends, move with intention, and get outside!
When?
Saturday, May 9th @ 8:00am. We’ll begin walking around 8:05am.
Where? Meet at Waterfront Park on Daniel Island.
This is not about distance or speed, it’s about presence. We’ll walk around 1-1.5 miles at a relaxed pace. Silence is welcome, conversation is welcome, just come as you are!
Wear comfortable shoes, water, and layers as needed! Bring your friends, kids, family, and dogs on a leash!
