Join the Daniel Island Historical Society on Tuesday, Feb. 18 as they commemorate Black History Month with a presentation on “The Culture and Traditions of the Gullah People.”

Audience members will learn more about the rich Gullah history in Charleston from someone who knows it best – Alphonso Brown! Brown operates the popular “Gullah Tours,” dubbed by the Charleston Visitors Bureau as one of the Top 10 ways to experience Gullah culture in the Holy City. All are welcome.
