In 2025, the Credit One Charleston Open will celebrate 25 years of award-winning tennis on Daniel Island, where for a quarter century, the world’s best players and finest fans have gathered for nine days of tennis excellence.
Voted the WTA 500 Tournament of the Year for both the 2022 and 2023 seasons, the Credit One Charleston Open is recognized for excellence in staff and organization, passionate fan engagement, and its commitment to tennis and its athletes. This prestigious award, voted on by WTA players, highlights the event’s impact both on and off the court.
Volunteers Needed
The Credit One Charleston Open requires 350 volunteers to assist with the yearly tournament. These individuals are a huge part of the tournament’s success, and they could not hold their event without them!
Credit One Charleston Open is currently recruiting Volunteers for the upcoming tennis tournament.
Participating allows you to be involved in North America’s largest women’s tennis tournament from behind the scenes.

Ball Crew Needed
Credit One Charleston Open is currently recruiting Ball Crew Members. You must be at least 11 years old, if you play tennis, or 12 years old if you do not have ample tennis experience. Practice begins in February and continues every Saturday until the tournament starts.
Currently Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, during the day, are the most needed time slots.
