Osprey Trail Park

About This Park

The Osprey Trail is a three-acre ornamental garden and certified wildlife habitat in front of Daniel Island School and next to the Daniel Island Library, created and maintained by the Daniel Island Garden Club. This tranquil respite features six gardens: Woodland Shade, Southern, Rose, Pollinator, Childrens’, and Japanese as well as an adjacent outdoor classroom.

Along the trail, more than 150 plants have been identified by signs that link to a website containing plant information and images. The gravel trail includes sitting areas, a monarch way station, wind chimes, and garden statuary.
