The Red Balloon Yard Sale is a semi-annual yard sale held twice a year. While the Daniel Island CC&R’s prohibit these types of sales conducted from a residence/unit, the Daniel Island POA Board made a decision several years ago to allow these yard sales twice a year.
On March 4th from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, mark your house with a red balloon to let everyone know you are participating in this Island wide event. The Daniel Island POA will have red balloons in office for residents to pick up beginning February 27th through March 3rd from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
If you would like your house to be added to our Daniel Island Spring 2017 Red Balloon Yard Sale Map, please come in to the Daniel Island POA office located at 130 River Landing Drive, Suite 1-C. There is a $5 fee of exact cash or check made payable to DICF, to be added to the map. This map will be featured in our weekly newsletter, on the POA website, on the POA Facebook page, in the DI News, in the Moultry News, and in the Post and Courier.
