Daniel Island Community Association (DICA):
All Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) residents should have (2) fobs that provide access to the 3 community pools. These fobs are property-specific, small grey or green circular devices that grant you access to the pools when they are open.
If you are a new property owner in DICA, the previous owner should have left you the fobs at your property. If the fobs were left with you at the property, please call us at (843) 971-9200 or bring your fobs into the office at 130 River Landing Drive during our office hours (Mon-Thurs from 9 AM – 4 PM) to get them switched into your name. If there were no fobs left at the property, you can come to the POA office during office hours to pick up your 2 complimentary fobs.
Please note that the maximum number of active fobs is 2 fobs per property at one time.
If you have an active boat landing membership (an additional paid membership) and have picked up your 2023 trailer decal, please be sure to also check your fob at the boat landing to make sure it is working at that amenity as well.
Daniel Island Park Association (DIPA):
Only those Daniel Island Park Association (DIPA) residents who have paid for the additional boat landing memberships should have boat landing fobs that provide access to the Ralston Creek Boat Landing. These fobs are property-specific, small grey, blue, or red circular devices that grant you access to the boat landing.
If you have an active boat landing membership (an additional paid membership) and have picked up your 2023 trailer decal, please be sure to also check your fob at the boat landing to make sure it is working.
All lost or physically damaged fobs are $50/fob to replace regardless of which association or amenity they gain access to.
