Daniel Island Community Association (DICA):
Each DICA property is issued two (2) fobs that provide access to the three community pools and the pickleball courts. These small, circular grey or green fobs are property-specific and only work when the amenities are open.
If you’re a new property owner, the previous owner should have left the fobs at the property. If they were left for you, please call us at (843) 971-9200 or bring the fobs to the POA office at 130 River Landing Drive (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM) so we can register them in your name. If no fobs were left, stop by during office hours to receive your two complimentary fobs.
Each property is allowed a maximum of two active fobs at any given time.
If you have an active boat landing membership (a paid add-on) and have picked up your 2025 trailer decal, please test your fob at the boat landing to ensure it’s functioning properly.
Daniel Island Park Association (DIPA):
Only DIPA residents with a paid boat landing membership should have boat landing fobs for the Ralston Creek Boat Landing. These are small, circular, grey or blue devices and are property-specific.
Maximum of two active fobs per property.
If you’ve picked up your 2025 trailer decal, please check your fob at the boat landing to confirm access.
Noble’s Point, Captain’s Island, The Retreat, and The Reach Neighborhoods:
Residents in these neighborhoods should have two (2) fobs for their private amenities. These fobs are small, circular, grey, blue, or red (depending on neighborhood), and are property-specific.
Maximum of two active fobs per property.
If you have a paid boat landing membership and have picked up your 2025 trailer decal, please check your fob at the boat landing to confirm access.
Replacement Policy:
Lost or physically damaged fobs may be replaced for $50 per fob, regardless of association or amenity access.
