While the graduates of the spring and summer class of 2020, didn’t get to finish their year with the usual pomp and circumstance and celebrations they anticipated, it has, however been a pleasure to see our Daniel Island families rally around their graduates so they would feel celebrated in new and different ways. The senior car caravan celebrations and the graduate recognition signs in owner’s yards served as a reminder of the pride their families felt for their students and their accomplishments, in lieu of traditional graduation ceremonies.
While most of these signs have been removed at this point, we’ve noticed a few of these graduate recognition signs still on display. The DIPOA would like to remind everyone that while it’s time for the signs to come down, we continue to wish all 2020 graduates the very best! We’re glad your graduates were celebrated well and we wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
