We would like to remind all owners that all decorations, and religious and holiday symbols must be removed from the exterior of your home or unit within 30 days following the occurrence of the applicable holiday per the Daniel Island CC&Rs.
This includes holiday string lights on the home, front porches, trees wrapped in lights in the front yard, etc. Landscape lighting is allowed, but string-type lights are not considered landscape lighting for the front of homes or trees. Landscape lighting should be subtle with no exposed light bulbs.
We appreciate everyone’s help in removing their decorations and holiday string lights by January 31, 2024.
