Starting at 7:30 AM tomorrow, Thursday, March 26, both the Beresford Creek and Ralston Creek boat landings will be closed to all boaters, vehicles and trailers. This closure is necessary due to City and State COVID-19 orders on gatherings and recreational spaces, general safety and overcrowding concerns. The POA consulted with the City of Charleston Police Department and SC Department of Natural Resources as well. Other area boat landings have had to close for similar reasons.
As a reminder, overnight parking is never allowed at our boat landings. These areas, like all of our amenities and common areas, are under the jurisdiction of the City of Charleston Police Department.
