All Daniel Island Annual Assessments have been sent out to property owners in all three Daniel Island Associations. Assessments were due by January 1, 2019.
All accounts, not paid by January 31, 2019 will be considered past due and will be subject to late fees, and will lose access to the community amenities. Amenities such as pools, boat landings (if applicable) and registration for upcoming programs will be suspended until the accounts have a balance of $0. Per the Daniel Island CC&R’s, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the account balance after January 31st. If the account is still unpaid as of 04/30/2019, a lien will be placed on the delinquent property with a fee of $500 that will be charged to the property account.
Please note: When paying your Annual Assessments, it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to process and for your account to be updated.
If you are a boat landing member of either Ralston Creek or Beresford Creek and your account has a balance of $0 (Annual Assessments including boat landing renewals are paid in full), you can pick up your 2019 Boat Decal Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm beginning January 2nd.
Paperless Billing:
If you previously signed up for paperless billing using instructions on last years’ paper assessment, please be sure to check your email as a paper assessment will not be mailed to you. If you have questions regarding your paperless billing, please visit https://www.estmt.net (website) to sign into account and verify/update information.
If you are wanting to register for paperless billing in the future, please see the instructions located at top right hand of this year’s annual assessment paper bill. In order to create an account, you must use the Registration ID: # provided. Once signed up, you will begin receiving paperless assessments in 2019 for your 2020 assessments.
