They will be on stage from 7 to 9 PM. \nThe DamRites are the opening act playing from 5:15 to 6:45 PM. Rooted in traditional bluegrass\, they will kick off the evening with fun tunes to get you up and dancing! \nGather your family and friends\, enjoy the scenery and shade of the beautiful Smythe Park oaks\, and let Charleston Jazz Express get your toes tapping with their modern\, up-tempo jazz music. DESCRIPTION:The 14th Annual Danziger Cup KIDS Fishing Tournament is for children ages 4 to 15 of families who reside or work on Daniel Island. An adult must accompany all children. \nEligible species include largemouth bass\, panfish\, and mullet. \nAwards will be given for the 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd longest fish of large-mouth bass\, pan fish\, and mullet caught in each age category. Plus\, an award for the longest “Mystery Fish” caught in any age category and for any tagged fish caught. \nThe Grand Champion Award is for the longest eligible fish species overall\, regardless of age category. The Grand Champion will win a half-day fishing trip for two people with Capt. This year’s event features a special tree lighting ceremony\, relay races\, ornament and cookie decorating stations\, festive face-painting\, music and more!  \nThe first movie\, Prep & Landing 1\, will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Guests are invited to set-up their blankets & chairs on Smythe Lawn; the large green space area of Smythe Park. Food Trucks and other vendors will begin serving at 5:00 PM. Delicious offerings from popular food trucks will be available to keep you fueled for the evening’s fun. \nWe rely on your participation for this event! Carve or decorate a pumpkin and drop it off Sunday\, October 27th from 1-3pm at Smythe Park (corner of Daniel Island Drive and Purcell Lane).
