WHAT: Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This outdoor, donation-based yoga class is developed to help you build and release heat as you connect with nature. Focused on deliberate movements that sync the mind and body, this class will leave you with a more positive outlook on life and ready to take on your weekend. This class is welcome to all, $10-$12 suggested donation. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a smile!
