An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 25, 2021
Susan is Daniel Island’s new Water Aerobics instructor. Susan grew up around the water and was a competitive swimmer in high school. She is also a registered nurse with pediatrics being her specialty.
After nursing for many years, Susan decided she wanted a job that helps people but in a fun and energetic way! This led her to become a certified water aerobics instructor (AEA) in June 2020! Susan loves everything about water aerobics especially the fact that it’s good for everyone of all ages.
When Susan is in the water, she feels strong, powerful, and happy and that’s the kind of class she teaches. Smiling and having fun is part of a healthy life and will keep you coming back for more. She will change it up so you are never bored. Susan loves high intensity interval training which is great for muscles and cardio which she said she will incorporate into the workout.
