“The Misadventures of a Ghostorian – Walking the Line Between the Living and the Dearly Departed”

September 27, 2022

Join the Daniel Island Historical Society for this not-to-be-missed spooktacular October program, just in time for Halloween! Retired homicide investigator turned author Bruce Orr will present “The Misadventures of a Ghostorian – Walking the Line Between the Living and the Dearly Departed” on Tuesday, October 18, from 7-8 pm in the Parish Hall at Church of the Holy Cross on Daniel Island.

For the past 12 years, Mr. Orr has explored, investigated, researched, and written about many of South Carolina’s ghostly tales and haunted places. When tackling projects such as these, occasionally the unexplainable does occur. As guest speaker for this special and timely program, Mr. Orr will provide a fascinating and humorous look at some of the strange encounters he has experienced while introducing you to some surprising revelations about the “legality” of ghosts. He will also explain the difficulty of having to walk the fine line between the living and the dearly departed.
