The POA and ARB Office has employed a hybrid staffing model with limited staff in the office at one time. The office at 130 River Landing Suite 1-C will be staffed Monday-Thursday from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM. 

All staff members will still be available by phone or email Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. We ask that you please make an appointment to meet with a staff member as office space is limited. The ARB staff is happy to set up onsite meetings or virtual meetings to better assist you with your request.

The goal of the Daniel Island Architectural Review Board (ARB) is to create an architectural and site planning statement for Daniel Island neighborhoods and to provide a comprehensive set of standards that will allow this community to develop in an orderly and cohesive manner within the development’s comprehensive Master Plan.

Final Inspection Information:

The list of items required for submitting for Final Inspection includes:  1) Request for Final Inspection Form; 2) Request for Deposit Refund Form; 3) Copy of the CO; 4) Final as Built Survey Form; 5) Letter from the Landscape Architect (DIPA homes only); 6) Letter from Arborist (only if applicable).

Commercial Projects

The Waterfront Mixed-Use Project
The Waterfront on Daniel Island is a new community under construction at the end of River Landing Drive including condominiums, townhouses, and amenities.

Saint Clare of Assisi Catholic Church
The new Catholic Church is currently under construction adjacent to Bishop England Highschool on the Corner of Seven Farms Drive and Etiwan Park Street.

Davis Development
Davis Development has designed an apartment community adjacent to Talison Row and Daniel Island Village.

Nowell Creek
Nowell Creek will consist of apartments, single-family homes, retail and green spaces.

Woodfield 3
Woodfield 3 will be located near the Benefitfocus campus and will consist of apartments.

Stanley Martin Homes
Stanley Martin Homes is building a multi-phased residential neighborhood offering Townhomes and Single Family Homes. We do not have any public renderings for this project yet, but we will post them when they become available.
